How Cancellations Work
EscapeBuddy brings together adventures run by independent operators. Because each operator runs its own trips, the cancellation and refund terms for an experience are set by that operator.
Where applicable, the cancellation window and any conditions for an adventure are shown together with that experience — so you know the terms before you commit.
Changing or Cancelling
If you need to change or cancel, reach out to us and we'll help guide you through the operator's terms for that experience.
