EscapeBuddy is an adventure discovery and booking platform — built by a team of adventure enthusiasts — that helps travellers find and compare adventure experiences across India, run by independent adventure operators.

EscapeBuddy lists and showcases these experiences. The operators are independent businesses — EscapeBuddy is not the operator of the trips and does not itself run the activities listed.

You may use EscapeBuddy to browse, discover, and learn about adventures.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or access it in unauthorised ways.

We work to keep listings — including descriptions, prices, durations, seasons, and difficulty — accurate and helpful. However, this information is provided by, or based on, operators and can change.

Details shown on EscapeBuddy are for general information. Always confirm the current specifics of an experience with the operator before you commit.

Where EscapeBuddy helps facilitate a booking, the actual adventure is provided by the independent operator running it. Your experience on the trip — including its conduct, safety, and delivery — is the responsibility of that operator.

Any specific terms for an experience, including what's included and the operator's own conditions, are set by the operator.

Adventure activities — such as trekking, rafting, paragliding, skiing, and bungee jumping — carry inherent risks. By choosing to take part, you accept those risks.

You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit and suitably prepared, for following the operator's safety instructions, and for meeting any age or eligibility requirements.

Adventure activities are intended for adults; many have a minimum age of 18 or other requirements set by the operator.

The EscapeBuddy name, logo, design, and original website content are owned by EscapeBuddy and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Photos and descriptions of experiences may be provided by operators or sourced for illustration, and remain the property of their respective owners.

EscapeBuddy may link to other websites or services we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

EscapeBuddy is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. While we work hard to keep it accurate and running, we don't guarantee the site will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EscapeBuddy is not liable for the conduct or delivery of trips run by independent operators, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website.

We may update these Terms as EscapeBuddy grows. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
